Artist's Comments

Her name is a reminiscent of "Alexis". She is a character from a story/comic I'm going to call "Soulless". Since it's in a futuristic setting I thought her name should reflect some change in the world. Bane said I should draw Chi (Axis Le's boyfriend) but I didn't want to... Before SLUMBER he looks non-interesting....

Why does she have no eyes? Uh, I can't get my eyes to look right so I left them as they were. A little hollow with just eyelashes but it still looks like she's looking at you so there.

My first oekaki in ages. I've lost the ability to draw by hand momentarily so I've reverted back to my old oekaki-ing ways of mouse-drawing!

You have some solid anatomy on this, I kind of like the style where there is no mussle definition. We should do a story with that type of Art sometime.

Not many of my characters are built enough for their muscles to be seen @_@... If I was drawing a guy I might've drawn his collar bone and etc but for a girl like this it didn't seem right.
